Instructions of indicators,buttons and contacts of the controller
Button | Pulling in | The controller allows to be operated, press the button: 1. when the system is in standby state, it will start the motor to move to the working position, 2. When the system is going to working position, and then this command will not be responded. |
Pulling out | The controller allows to be operated, press the button: 1. when the system is in standby state, it will start the motor to move to the test position, 2. When the system is going to test position, and then this command will not be responded. | |
Emergency stop/reset | When the controller is under locking protection state, the red protection indicator on panel goes on press this button, the system will return to standby state, if the system is in a state of going to the work position or test position, it will stop the motor and return to standby state immediately. | |
Indicator lamp | Power supply | Power indicator that will go on and is green at power on and go off at power off. |
Ready | Ready indicator that will go on and is green at ready, and go off if not. | |
Remote | Remote operation indicator that will go on and is white in remote, and go off in local mode. | |
Work position | Normally on and is red when the electric mechanism is in work position. | |
Test position | Normally on and is red when the electric mechanism is in test position. | |
Fault | Normally on and is red when the system protection lock starts, and go off when it is reset. | |
1 | Power l/+ | Positive of controller power supply or. |
2 | Power l/- | Negative of controller power supply or. |
3 | Motor+ | Driving signal output of controller, connect to driving motor "+" |
4 | Motor- | Driving signal output of controller, connect to driving motor "-" |
5.6 | Fault alarm | NC contacts that open when there is no locked rotor fault, and close when there is locked rotor fault. |
7 | Remote | It is remote operation mode when it is short -circuit connected with the common port of digital input. |
8 | Remote reset | Effective when it is short-circuit connected with the common port of digital input. |
9 | Interlock input | Effective when it is short-circuit connected with the common port of digital input. |
10 | Manual prior | It is manual operation mode when it is short-circuit connected with the common port of digital input, and is electric operation mode when it is disconnected with the common port of digital input. |
11 | Local | It is local operation mode when it is closed with the common port of digital input. |
12 | Local pulling in | Effective when it is short-circuit connected with the common port of digital input. |
13 | Local pulling out | Effective when it is short-circuit connected with the common port of digital input. |
14 | Remote pulling in | Effective when it is short-circuit connected with the common port of digital input. |
15 | Remote pulling out | Effective when it is short-circuit connected with the common port of digital input. |
16 | Work position | Effective when it is short-circuit connected with the common port of digital input. |
17 | Test position | Effective when it is short-circuit connected with the common port of digital input. |
