1.General description
VAC68-12kV series permanent magnet sealed VCB in indoor switchgear with tri-phase AC 50Hz rated voltage12kV. With company's own research and development of permanent magnetic operating machinery, the control and protection of the electrical facilities for industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations. The product has high reliability and long life and other characteristics,especially suitable for frequent operation, open circuit, short circuit current and places of conditions for many times.
Note:The models of vacuum interrupters embedded pole into ordinary insulated cylinder was installed,the model is VAC68-12
2.Main function characteristic
a. High reliability, long life, free maintaining.
b. Internal innovation permanent magnetic operation mechanism, the mechanical life reach 100,000 times.
c. Comparison with traditional mechanical operation, it is without disengaging, locker, with greatly reduction on spare parts, only one moving element during working, very low error rate.
d. The high matching between mechanism operation and characteristic of interrupter breaking, closing.
e. Double stability status of closing, opening operation.
f. With antibouncer function.
g. With alarming function of controlling power low voltage refusing close.
h. Same speed of mechanical handle opening and motor opening, at the situation of twice power fault, it is used for urgent opening.
i. The operation type of AC or DC stored energy, the working current<2A, it is available for one time opening, closing, opening operation within 2 hours of power cut.
j. With high reliable operation control circuit module, it could stand strictly condition such as lightning strike, surging when product on running.
k. Great commonality, the installation size is compatible with VAC63(VS1) series products.
