1. Embedded pole structure diagram and working principle:


Embedded pole, which is embedded vacuum interrupter, is a whole part sealed by epoxide resin casting vacuum interrupter, main conductive circuit, mounting elements, successfully resolved the environmental tolerance problems of matched vacuum breaker. 


Embedded pole is the embodiment of vacuum circuit breaker insulation technology has made great progress. The insulation of vacuum circuit breaker experienced three-generation of air insulation, composite insulation, and solid insulation. In the air insulation, the electrified part is absolutely exposed in the air, which insulation level will be changed by air humidity, dust, crash in transit, as well as small animal. In the composite insulation, the vacuum interrupter is protected in the epoxide resin sleeve but not whole electrified part, so the inner still be influenced by dust, insects, and other factors. In the third solid insulation (that is embedded pole), using epoxide resin sealing the vacuum interrupter and main conductive part by special technics, which reduces the vacuum interrupter size, absolutely away from influence by outer environment (dust, moisture), increase anti-weatherability; the epoxide resin is not only the main insulation of primary part, but also its mechanical support, which electric field and force distribution better than each kind structure of insulation plate structure.

The fixed conductive surface adopts screw fastening method to contact with upper outlet base of embedded pole; while the moving part is connected to the lower outlet by soft link or spring. The embedded pole is connected to the primary conductive part of network by outer conductive surface of upper and lower outlet; realize the opening and closing by using simultaneous connection of insulation lever, moving conductive rod of vacuum interrupter, and operating mechanism of vacuum circuit breaker.
